Ben Plazzer


Ben is a multi-award winning Filmmaker and Director who believes that comedy makes us better people even though 20 square blocks is not a comedy. Since graduating from the VCA with a Bachelor of Film & Television in 2007, Ben has created comedic narrative productions, notably directing the high concept feature length film ‘The Heckler’ (2014), Ruby entertainments web-series ‘hActresses’ (2017) and the sitcom pilot ‘DAVE’ (2018) for Channel Ten. 

20 square blocks is his foray in creating content in the podcast space.


Ryan Goodwin


Ryan is an Australian singer-songwriter, musician & composer. Born in Melbourne, Ryan began taking guitar lessons from a young age.  He later progressed to tenor-saxophone, then vocal lessons, all the while dabbling with any instrument he could get his hands on. Ryan has always loved creating original songs, melodies and musical ideas.  He takes inspiration from a wide variety of genres, and has always been particularly interested in soundtracks from film, television and video games. Ann Murison


ANN MURISON has been a writer and creator of short films for the past twelve years, creating interesting characters and throwing them into absurd situations. Ann completed the AFTRS feature scriptwriting course and as a member of The Comedy Cartel (The Heckler, Comedian in Bars) Ann has written 'Noddy' which won her best screenwriter and best film at the Peninsula Short Film Festival and was officially selected for the Revelation Perth International Film Festival, Heart Of Gold and Flickerfest 2016 and ABC IVIEW. Ann was also selected for Film Victoria’s Catapult and is developing the feature 'Baby Boomers' and 'Sam vs Sam'.
